This is issue one of Gorehound zine ,put out by Destro Von Doom, out of Virginia ,who had a band at the time ,"The Von Dooms". I could not locate any of their releases online ,if anyone has a rip or link ,please pass it on to me! The zine has an interview with ,Jackson Phibes,(Tomb), of the bands ,Color Me Psycho , Forbidden Dimension ,and under his own name ,solo .And an interview with Drew Bluud,of the In The Graveyard radio show on 91.9 WNTI in Pennsylvania,plus an interview with Judy Evers of Chaos Comics. There are also reviews of horror movies,horror rock bands,top ten lists,and a sizeable discography of all the Jackson Phibes/Color Me Psycho/Forbidden Dimension stuff. The compilation I assembled ,features bands that are discussed in the zine ,and I tried to find at least one track from every band mentioned ,but a lot of these bands are so far underground ,and/or never released anything,or no one has ever posted them. There are classic tunes you've probably heard before,and some you may never have heard! Enjoy ,and have a happy Halloween!!!!
You've seen her book ,Sex ,well this is 10x more hardcore than that! Sure ,it's only a comic book ,but Madonna does it all , as you will see. This was apparently part of a 1992 series ,as this is issue #3. I recommend this to everyone who downloaded the Traci Lords and Betty Page comics ,you will enjoy it!! In PDF format

A cool metal zine outta Clearwater ,FL , focusing on the Tampa Bay area metal scene , and world-wide bands. This issue has a feature article on a bunch of Tampa area bands ,plus swell interviews with Japanische Kampfhorspiele , Circle Of Dead Children ,Archeron ,Watain ,and Disiplin ,as well as reviews of new releases ,and Ozzfest 2004! I have a pile of these zines,and I believe the zine has folded. Great pics you won't see elsewhere ,including a nice one of Ronnie James Dio (RIP) ,holding up an issue of Rivot Rag! Everything the seminal Cape Coral death metal band ever released ,sans 2 tracks from the first demo. Also in the box set are 2 of their fanzine/newsletters ,with news and reviews of the latest in extreme metal ,at the time. I used to run into the guys at Kinko's ,when we'd both be there copying our zines,and we would often trade a few to each other.Cool guys ,great band! The rare part of this box is the zines ,you won't see them elsewhere!
A compilation of found tapes ,mostly kids ,tho' there is an old man on here doing the longest track. Lots of funny stuff ,the only place you'll ever hear "The Cheese Band" , and kids like Charlie & Todd ,who sound like they're having a blast! Please, enjoy this comp. ,it's a whole mess of fun entertainment! And a found picture makes for the cover!

As promised ,here is the underground fanzine ,about the underground band ,done by an unknown fan ,in a ltd edition of 13(!) copies.Crudely drawn,(and copied), depictions of basic human functions ,and some stuff you probably will wish you had never seen. You can't burn these images out of your eyes and brain ,once you see them. I've given you fair warning! I think ,judging by the art and subject matter ,this was published by Mad Asshole ,who later spun this off into Mad Asshole Digest ,of which I have all the issues ever published! Kinda like a very amateur version of what Mike Diana
I have a couple issues of this fine ,weirdly illustrated, comic/zines ,put out by ,someone who I believe was a pal of Chipmonk's ,Alan Smith. Pretty freaky stuff ,collages and drawings!
Lydia wrote the story and words ,and Bob Fingerman appears to have channeled Robt. Williams or maybe Ed "Big Daddy" Roth , with his over-exaggerated , larger than life illustrations. The first part is about Lydia discovering her bloodlust in her teens - 20's ,whether it's fiction ,or not ,is completely up to you. Bait for Twilight fans. The second portion is a written piece by Lydia ,which alludes to visions of Hell ,or possibly Earth ,right about now. An adult comic ,published by Eros Comix ,1992.

This is a little press package that ol' GG put together himself! He gave me one when I interviewed him in Tampa in 1991 ,for Rodent Cake zine (I also included that transcript here). Lots of news clippings ,pics ,interviews, articles ,and letters and such ,all about Mr. Scumfuc! Really neat-o and GG even signed the cover ,and the flyer inside ,(along with a t-shirt ,and records) ,with a sharpie! 33 pages in glorious PDF!
This is great! First you get 6 pages of comic strip ,depicting the story of Traci getting into the porn industry ,by Hart D. Fisher and Brian Brinkerhoff ,that looks to be in the style of Raymond Pettibon! Then you have 11 pin-ups by Alain Renauld (one by Larry Saunders) that appear to be in the style of John Wayne Gacy or G G Allin! Then a preview of a then up-coming comic ,"The Devil's Bite" ,and the usual ads and back catalog of comics. Cover painting by Wally Lowe. Hart also did the controversial Jeffrey Dahmer comic , as well as other smut and serial killer comics.
Don't recall what Ft. Myers skater kids put this out,but they do mention Sluggisha ,Buzz Workshop ,the local Germs contingent's rumored Germicide tribute show, and the pages are packed with so much info and graphics ,that even though it's only 7 pages ,it will take you a while to read thru it! Pretty neat-o ,wish I had more issues!
